Learning Support Assistant job summary
Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/2026
31 hours and 15 minutes per week - term time only
Monday - Friday, 8.35am - 3.20pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Stanford-le-Hope Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, committed and flexible Learning Support Assistant to support student learning. This role is a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2026.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate patience and show a commitment to supporting learners to improve educational outcomes. This role would be suited to someone personable, empathetic and able to communicate effectively, whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner, under pressure. Previous experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Stanford-le-Hope Primary School is a member of Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust a Multi-Academy Trust, with twelve member schools within Essex.
