What skills and experience we're looking for
Required from September 2026, a motivated person to work within the SEN department as a Teaching Assistant Level 2.
The work will be directed by the SEN manager and will involve supporting the learning of children with cognitive and learning needs as well as those with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. This position will be based within the mainstream, classroom environment.

● Only SLT on call every lesson, every day
● The vast majority of teachers have their own classroom
● Each teacher is provided with a laptop
● Admin support for each department
● Shorter reports three times a year, no tutor comments, except Y11
