What skills and experience we're looking for

The Teaching Assistant Level 2 post will be based at the Study Hub and the role will be to assist the teacher in their classroom.The Study Hub is an annex of Frederick Gough School. Its purpose is to provide alternative provision for learners 13-16 from a diverse range of backgrounds. Often our pupils have had difficulties in mainstream settings.

Some pupils have additional SEND needs or have had adverse childhood experiences. The focus is therefore to provide support around wellbeing and emotional regulation whilst ensuring opportunities for academic attainment and post-16 options.
