Learning Support Assistant job summary
About the Role
We are seeking to appoint to our team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). Working under the direction of the SENDCo, our LSAs provide in-class support to individual students as well as delivering targeted interventions to small groups.
This permanent position is 30 hours per week and is term time only (including INSET days). The initial rate of pay is the equivalent of £13.47 per hour, paid monthly over 12 months. The pay scale has four spinal points and increments are awarded in September until the top of the pay scale is reached. The actual starting salary is £18,339 per annum approx.
