What you’ll do

You’ll work in the classroom as part of a team, supporting children with their learning, care needs, communication and behaviour. You’ll help pupils achieve their potential, whether that’s reading a new word, exploring the local area, or just making them smile.

No two days are the same, and the work is as rewarding as it is varied.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re:

  • Calm, positive and resilient
  • A great team player with a sense of humour
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Comfortable using basic ICT
  • Physically fit and ready to be hands on

Why work with us?

  • A friendly, supportive staff team
  • Term-time hours that fit around family life
  • Free access to our Employee Assistance Programme – counselling, GP line, physio and more
  • Paid well-being day after 1 year’s service
  • On-site parking and good public transport links
  • Social events, free tea/coffee, and paid staff lunches available
  • Pension scheme (including death in service)
  • Access to cycle scheme and Blue Light Card
  • Flu and Hep B jabs paid for
