If you enjoy working with young people and would like to help them prepare for their future working lives we would like to hear from you.
Due to our increasing PAN and student numbers, we are excited to offer the opportunity to join our academy as our staff body continues to grow and support our larger year groups of 220 students. We are seeking to appoint a motivated and confident individual, with a real drive to enhance students’ experience of secondary education. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional with the ability to assist in planning, leading and coordinating literacy provision for young people with SEND, and will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. As a key member of the team, you will assist the SENCOs in leading the Literacy provision for special educational needs within the Academy. We are keen to secure a high calibre professional who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive Learning Support team; there is a very strong commitment to improving standards.
