What skills and experience we're looking for
An experienced Learning Support Practitioner who:
- Is a passionate and enthusiastic practitioner
- Is an excellent role model and has excellent skills in supporting students with special educational needs
- Has high expectations and aspirations for all our students, supporting them to achieve their full potential
- Can work as part of an innovative, dynamic and supportive team
- Will fully support the School’s values, ethos and aims
- Is a Level 3 qualified learning support practitioner
- Has Maths and English GCSEs at minimum grade C/4
