Learning Support Practitioner (with Medical Support) job summary
We seek to recruit a Learning Support Practitioner (with medical support) at The Cranbourne Primary School.
Established in 2016, the Trust now comprises of 13 schools; a mix of primary, secondary and one UTC across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
The Trust is committed to safeguarding children and young people. All post holders are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
The closing date for applications is 9.00am on Monday 17 November 2025. Interviews will be held on Friday 21 November 2025
