The Role
As a Learning Zone Teaching Assistant, you will support the Learning Zone Coordinator in delivering tailored academic, emotional, and behavioural interventions for students with additional needs. You’ll help manage the day-to-day running of the Learning Zone, promote positive behaviour, and assist with reintegration into mainstream lessons ensuring students receive appropriate support and interventions to achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a compassionate and organised individual with experience supporting secondary-aged students, particularly those with SEND or behavioural needs. Strong communication, IT skills, and a commitment to inclusive education are essential.
