We have top-tier fitness activities and sports facilities, including a 25m swimming pool, multi-purpose sports hall, 3G Astro-turf, and grass pitches. About the Role As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all users. You will lead and support leisure centre staff to deliver exceptional customer service. You will ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and leisure industry standards and promote and support a diverse programme of sports and leisure activities. You will act as a keyholder, providing building security and emergency call-out support and handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally and proactively. What We're Looking For A confident, reliable leader ideally with experience in a leisure or customer service environment. A team player who is flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused.Someone with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to health and wellbeing. Ideally you will be a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification holder with strong knowledge of poolside safety and operations.
