We have a popular and successful ECT Programme, and are inviting applications from those who will have gained QTS before September 2023.

You will be:
Enthusiastic, highly skilled and motivated to create unique learning opportunities for our pupils;
Committed to excellence and with a growth mindset for your own development, including for use of technology within the classroom which is a key focus for the Trust;
Aligned with the Trust’s commitment to collaborative learning for all, through an ambitious curriculum and outstanding teaching, and high quality coaching for our staff.

As a growing Trust, we can offer you:
A range of training and development opportunities regardless of your experience or level of responsibility;
Opportunities to progress your career through increased responsibilities or specialism, enabling you to make a difference to pupils beyond your immediate class, year group or school;
A comprehensive induction programme at both a central and school level;
An opportunity to teach and learn from others at schools rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted;
Access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme and Employee Assistance Programme;
A supportive environment and the freedom to deliver a creative and exciting curriculum.
