Lettings Assistant job summary
Key responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the school site for lettings and events
- Preparing rooms, sports facilities and equipment for use
- Acting as the main point of contact for external hirers
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Carrying out light cleaning, maintenance and basic repair tasks
- Supporting the Estates Team with the upkeep and presentation of the site
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in facilities, caretaking or site management work
- Practical, hands-on and able to carry out minor maintenance
- Reliable, organised and able to manage their own workload
- Confident communicating with the public and colleagues
- Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
- Committed to maintaining a safe, clean and professional environment
