Lettings Assistant job summary

Key responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing the school site for lettings and events
  • Preparing rooms, sports facilities and equipment for use
  • Acting as the main point of contact for external hirers
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Carrying out light cleaning, maintenance and basic repair tasks
  • Supporting the Estates Team with the upkeep and presentation of the site

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in facilities, caretaking or site management work
  • Practical, hands-on and able to carry out minor maintenance
  • Reliable, organised and able to manage their own workload
  • Confident communicating with the public and colleagues
  • Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
  • Committed to maintaining a safe, clean and professional environment
