What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for acommittedand practical Premises Officer to helpmaintainaclean,safeand secure school site. The role includes day‑to‑day site maintenance, minor repairs and DIY, cleaning duties, porterage, and supporting health and safety across the school. You will act as a key holder, opening and closing the siteasrequired, carrying out security checks and responding to alarms whenrequired. The postholder will also oversee school lettings, liaising with hirersandstaff to ensure bookings are safely and smoothly delivered.
You will work closely with the School Business Manager, senior leaders,contractorsand local authority staff and playan important rolein creating a safe and welcoming environment for pupils,staffand visitors.The ideal candidate should be confident inprioritisingtasks, meeting deadlines, andworkingeffectively as part ofateam.
