Lettings Coordinator job summary
Salary: £12.21 per hour (minimum wage)
Hours: 0 hour contract, covering lettings at the weekend as and when required.
Contract: Casual
Start date: Immediate
We are hiring for a proactive, friendly and organised Lettings Coordinator. The role of the Lettings Coordinator is to coordinate all weekend community lettings, including meeting and greeting customers, and maintaining the security of the buildings.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service as the key point of contact at weekends for the letting process.
* Liaising with internal staff to ensure facilities are prepared and available for bookings.
* Liaising with the facilities team to ensure that all information is available for weekend lettings (including new bookings).
* Overseeing facility readiness and safety during lettings (setup, checks, takedown, issue resolution).
* Monitoring facility use to ensure adherence to school rules, safety guidelines, and security procedures.
The successful candidate will be:
* Experienced in a customer-facing role, ideally working with community groups, schools or sports clubs.
* First Aid qualified, or be willing to complete training.
About Lift Ryde
Lift Ryde, based on the Isle of Wight, is an 11 to 18 years secondary school and is sponsored by Lift Schools. The school is set in spacious grounds and had a completely new state of the art building in 2017. All staff have access to a free on site gym with a range of fantastic equipment.
