£12.85 to £13.05 per hour + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Permanent, Part Time 7 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Immediate Start We are looking for a Lettings Manager to lead our lettings provision and help us build meaningful connections with local organisations, clubs and partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about community engagement, operations, and service delivery. You will take ownership of our lettings strategy and operations, ensuring our school's facilities are used effectively to support local needs while generating valuable income for the academy. You will be responsible for: * Leading and managing a team of Community Lettings Coordinators * Driving lettings income across all academy facilities and identifying opportunities for growth * Overseeing day-to-day lettings operations to ensure safe, high quality delivery * Developing strong partnerships with community groups, local schools, and sports clubs * Being a visible, proactive presence and promoting positive community engagement * Ensuring health and safety, safeguarding, and compliance standards are met during lettings In your school Maltings is a 11-16 academy based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the academy has 900 students on roll and benefits from a purpose-built building that was constructed in 2011.
