Level 1 Administration Assistant for Cover and Reprographics job summary

Job Title: Level 1 Administration Assistant (Cover and Reprographics)

Actual Annual Salary: £21,523 - £23,460 (CLF Grade B). Based on 37 hours per week, term time only working weeks.

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,136 - £27,398 (CLF Grade B). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term time only + 5 Inset days

Additional role info: Working Pattern - Monday to Thursday 7am-3pm, Friday 7am-2:30pm An earlier start and finish time may be considered

Are you an experienced administrator looking to join a friendly and supportive team in East Bristol?

The early part of your day will be spent establishing staff absence and organising where necessary for cover staff with supply agencies. You will be the point of contact for agency staff, greeting them on arrival and making them aware of Academy procedures. Once the Academy day has started, you will then manage the Reprographics room, co-ordinating and actioning reprographic requests from staff and assisting with general admin duties and first aid.

This is an opportunity for someone with strong organisational and personal skills who can use their own initiative and works well within a team environment.
