What skills and experience we're looking for

Richmond Hill Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role plays a vital part in supporting high‑quality learning and ensuring that all pupils have access to a safe, engaging and well‑managed classroom environment.

Working under the direction of teaching and senior staff, the successful candidate will contribute to the daily life of the classroom, support pupils’ learning, and help to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Good numeracy/literacy skills.
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Experience of working with young people.
