Our support to students with Special Educational Needs is very effective. If you respect teenagers, are hardworking, skilled at dealing with young people, flexible and really care about making a positive difference to our students’ experience at school, we would like to hear from you.

We have a strong SEND department which previous members of our team have found beneficial when gaining experience with a view to developing their career.
We are fortunate to have Teachers with us who started their careers with Soham Village College as Teaching Assistants, and progressed by applying for opportunities as they occurred.
We would love to hear from applicants who are looking for a permanent generalist TA role or a stepping stone for professional development.
Part time applicants may be considered.
30 hours 50 minutes per week 8.30am – 3.00pm, Monday to Friday term time only Salary range £17,800 - £18,396
