What skills and experience we're looking for

Richmond Hill Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Level 1 Teaching Assistant with SEN support role, working in our Specialist Resource Provision, Rainbow Base. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy in providing high quality teaching support.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • GCSE Grade A*-C in English and Mathematics.
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Experience of working with young people.
