Isebrook School is a successful specialist setting for students aged 11-18 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities.
We are seeking to recruit a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student currently in Post 16.
Through the eyes of the student, we are looking for someone who has the following:
A good sense of humour
Doesn’t take themselves too seriously
Enjoys dancing and singing
Can stay calm when I am not and help me to figure out what I am feeling and regulate
Is kind and caring, will listen to me and not be easily offended
Flexible in their approach
