What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience in teaching interventions to individuals and small groups and supporting some of our high needs children in accessing their learning.
- A commitment to developing and maximising the potential of all our pupils.
- A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude as your timetable may change to meet the needs of our children.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Assist with the development and implementation of support plans.
- The ability to engage and communicate successfully with parents/carers.
