What We’re Looking For:
Support teaching and learning under the direction of the class teacher
Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress
Support pupils' social, emotional and behavioural development
Assist in preparing classroom resources and learning activities
Encourage pupil engagement, independence and confidence
Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND, where appropriate
Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assist with the supervision of pupils during lessons and other school activities
Promote safeguarding and the welfare of all pupils at all times
