What skills and experience we're looking for

Oak Wood Primary School are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistants who will support learning opportunities for our pupils alongside the class teacher. It would be advantageous if candidates have experience or knowledge in using proactive behaviour management strategies to ensure best possible outcomes for all pupils.
