What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for members of staff who are able to work on their own initiative and have good communication skills. A willingness to be involved in the life of the school and develop good relationships with parents and their children is essential for this Level 2 position. This role will also include supporting children over the lunch time period.

The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible over their working timetable and have a genuine desire to assist in children’s emotional and personal development.

Qualifications to GCSE level Grade A* – C (GCSE Grades 4 – 9) are essential in Maths and English as is evidence that the successful candidates are willing to be involved in continuing professional development.
