The Role As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in our Resource Provision, you will be a key part of a small, skilled, and passionate team. You will work closely with children who may communicate differently, learn differently, or experience the world differently – and you will help them thrive.

Your role will include: • Building strong, safe, trusting relationships • Supporting communication and interaction in creative, personalised ways • Helping children regulate, engage, and succeed • Working alongside teachers, therapists, and families • Celebrating progress that truly matters

No two days are the same, and that is part of what makes this role so rewarding.

What You Bring We are looking for someone with: • Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly communication and interaction needs • Grit and determination – you don’t give up easily • A strong sense of humour • A relational mindset – you understand that connection comes before curriculum • A calm, compassionate presence • A team‑focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in
