The Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual who is driven, energetic, and passionate about supporting teaching and learning to join our fantastic team of Teaching Assistants.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide high-quality support for pupils both inside and outside the classroom.

  • Show natural empathy for children facing barriers to learning and a strong commitment to inclusion.

  • Build positive professional relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues.

  • Communicate effectively, manage your time well, and stay organised in a busy school environment.

You will need:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
