The successful applicant will have experience of working in an educational setting, but this is not essential as full training will be given. You will be able to work as part of a team and have good awareness and ability to exercise confidentiality at all times.
You will:
• Be committed to high expectations and standards of learning, behaviour and aspirations for yourself and our pupils
• Be committed to raising attainment helping to ensure all children are making good progress
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a positive attitude and approach to change and development
• Be willing to participate in and expectation of contribution to the wider life of our school and extra-curricular life

The role will be based at Babington Academy. This post is subject to a successful Disclosure and Barring (DBS) check and satisfactory references.
