You’ll be joining us at Oasis, a large established Trust of 56 Academies but we're MORE than a MAT. We're here to support our communities and to address those barriers to education for our students. About our Teaching Assistant L2 vacancy
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant (L2 qualified). You'll support across ks2 and follow a bespoke timetable supporting individual students. You'll support in class and help personalise learning for the dedicated children you are working with. No two days will be the same, you'll learn lots about our students and be a key person in their lives. This is an FTC initially until the end of the academic year.
About you
Prior experience working with SEND students is required, alongside a real desire to support our students , your colleagues and our community.

About Benson Academy
You’ll be joining an Academy on a journey to best support our students and community. We have some excellent facilities and space and blend a traditional Victorian build with modern classrooms and space. There's lots of outside space that is utilised by our students and parents for events such as sports days and summer fayre's. You'll be joining an academy where our pupils want to learn, where behaviour is positive and where there is great ambition to work together and deliver change.
