We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly skilled, committed and flexible Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. Portland Spencer Academy is part of the Spencer Academies Trust and as such benefits from a range of opportunities for further development.

We are looking for someone who:
has relevant qualifications and training i.e. NVQ/CACHE in working with children
• can offer outstanding support for teaching and learning
• has a commitment to making a difference to children’s lives
• has drive, enthusiasm and flexibility
• has excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
• has an ability to foster strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers and other professionals
