Ridgeway School is a special needs school and college in Bedford, providing education for pupils aged 3-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.

Our school site on Hill Rise supports pupils from Early Years to Key Stage 4 with the majority of students continuing on to 6th form.

The posts are permanent working 32.5 hours weekly from 8.45am to 3.45pm during term time only. You will be provided with a full induction programme to give you the training you need to succeed. You are not required to have any specific Teaching Assistant qualification or school-based experience, just a great attitude!
