You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and productive learning environment. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Teaching Assistant specialising in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support at The Weatheralls. You will play a pivotal role in providing tailored assistance to pupils with significant development needs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver group activities and offer one-on-one support to students with SEMH-related challenges and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Your motivation, dedication, and compassion will contribute to the overall well-being and success of these students.
