Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice job summary

St Peter’s Collegiate Academy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant school community as a Business Administration Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone eager to kick-start a career in education administration, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As an Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Academy. From managing reception duties and liaising with parents and visitors to providing general clerical and administrative support, you will be a vital part of ensuring the smooth running of our school office. You'll gain experience using management information systems, working with office technology, and supporting both staff and students across a range of activities.

At St Peter’s, our mission is to support our students in their pursuit of knowledge and wisdom, helping them to flourish as lifelong learners who serve their community and live out Christian values. As a valued team member, you’ll be part of a faith-led, inclusive and welcoming environment that celebrates diversity and places student welfare at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Organised, reliable, and eager to learn

  • Friendly and professional in their communication

  • Able to work well in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, students and parents

  • Passionate about contributing to a positive school culture and ethos

You’ll receive structured training through your apprenticeship, developing core administrative skills while being mentored by experienced colleagues. With exciting developments on the horizon—including a new DfE-funded school rebuild—this is the perfect time to join us and grow alongside a school with a clear vision for the future.
