Blakesley CE Primary is an outstanding school (Ofsted, 2021) administered through the Diocese of Peterborough Education Trust (PDET), providing high quality education for the children of Blakesley as well as families from further afield who are looking for a Church of England or small school environment for their child. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and work with us in developing and growing our new pre-school setting.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Early Yearsor equivalent.
  • Be able to provide an environment that delivers both education and care and enhances children’s learning opportunities.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Have high expectations and be committed to raising the achievement of all children.
  • Be supportive of the ethos, vision and values of the school.
  • Have good communication, numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Have a personal commitment to ongoing professional development.
