We are looking for a highly skilled, dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join our team at Springhill Primary Academy . You need to be committed to providing children with exceptional learning opportunities in a fun and caring environment, committed to teamwork, have a can-do attitude with a good sense of humor and be prepared to go that extra mile. This role is for those interested in completing a Level 3 apprenticeship which will allow us to grow the talent of tomorrow and allows you to learn on the job within a thriving Early Years setting.
When working with young children, you should work within the team to facilitate learning within a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Working with the Nursery Lead and the EYFS Lead, you will be help children take those crucial first steps along their education journey.

Springhill Primary Academy is a one-form entry school for children aged 4 to 11 years old which converted to an academy in September 2014. We are a very friendly school where children are encouraged to become confident, caring and articulate and to use their abilities to the full. We aim to provide a calm and happy atmosphere and set high standards of respect, courtesy, hard work and achievement for all children and adults.
