Level 3 Early Years Practitioner job summary
Early Years Practitioner Level 3
Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week, 39 weeks per year.
Grade: Grade G3 £20,353.87.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and nurturing environment.
- Assist in daily nursery operations and undertake staff training and development.
- Requirements:
- A valid Level 3 Certificate in Childcare.
- Previous experience in an Early Years Practitioner role.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for supporting children to learn and develop.
- Leadership and management abilities to oversee nursery operations.
