About this Role

Ormiston South Parade Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to support our N1 provision Monday & Tuesday 8.30am - 3.30pm. The post is temporary to 31st August 2026, to be reviewed during Summer Term 2026.

We are looking for an inspirational NVQ level 2/3 qualified Early Years Practitioner who can help build on our current success. You will be responsible for caring for a key group of children aged 2 years - 4 years, supporting their individual learning and development in our Nursery.

Applicants must have a sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures and be passionate about providing outstanding quality care and education to our children.

We are looking for an outstanding Early Years Practitioner who has high expectations, inspires and challenges all learners, and brings creativity, enthusiasm and dynamism to the classroom. You will be caring, committed, and aligned with our academy ethos of “believe in yourself.”
