Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant job summary
Coleridge Primary is looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a permanent contract to work with our Nursery aged pupils. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly experienced and caring person to support our pupils and work with the most fabulous families, children and staff. Coleridge Primary school is rated “outstanding” by Ofsted and is situated in the centre of Rotherham. We are a one form entry primary school, who are seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and driven Level 3 Teaching Assistant. We are an inclusive and friendly school which has a diverse catchment at the heart of our community. We are an Academy School, part of the Central Learning Partnership Trust (CLPT) and work collaboratively across the 3 schools in our community. We strive to ensure our children receive an education which inspires and promotes positive learning and ensure that rigorous CPD supports all staff in becoming the best they can be.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a committed, adaptable and caring professional, passionate about delivering high quality support and providing an inspirational approach to learning
- Can lead by example and be a positive role model to our children
- Can demonstrate the creativity, resilience and interpersonal skills to complement our highly effective team
- Is an effective team player and willing to be fully involved in the life of the school
- Has qualification passes in English and Math or equivalent
- Has the capacity to deliver intervention programmes for reading, writing, phonics and math in the Early Years.
- Preferably has experience supporting in EYFS.
