About this Role

To act as an integral part of the Academy Primary staff team and to support all colleagues in maintaining and developing the ethos, values and expectations of the academy and support agreed Academy policy in all areas.

• You must hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification

• Be a positive role model 

• Have a desire to work with an organisation that respects individuality and creativity 

• Have a strong knowledge of the Key Stage curriculum which is reflected in your practice 

• A passion to make a difference and progress your career 

We are seeking a dynamic individual who can develop and maintain supportive relationships with our children in our Primary school. Our diverse community is highly valued by our families and staff and as a school we expect everyone to actively contribute to and promote our strong positive ethos.
