  • Possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be actively working towards it).
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
  • Be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Be a team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
