What skills and experience we're looking for
- Possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be actively working towards it).
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
- Be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Be a team player with a flexible and positive attitude.
