Level 3 Teaching Assistant job summary
To work with teachers to support teaching and learning as a whole and by working with individuals or small groups of pupils under the direction of teaching staff and, for short periods of time, to be responsible for the whole class in the absence of the teacher. To deliver high-quality support to children and young people, accelerating the progress of groups of children and young people and developing high quality resources.
