Location: Horsted School, Chatham, Kent ME5 9TF
Salary: Medway NJC D2 point 4-11 (dependent on experience) - salary will be pro-rated in line with part time hours
Contract Type: 31.25 hours per week: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 3.15pm, Term time only
Start Date: January 2026 (or sooner if available)

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new nursery at Horsted School and are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new and inspiring - helping to shape a nurturing, creative, and inclusive environment for our youngest learners.
- Work closely with the new Nursery Teacher and EYFS Lead to deliver high-quality early years provision
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
- Observe and assess children’s development, contributing to their learning journeys
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
- Has experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Demonstrates a warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
- Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
