What skills and experience we're looking for

We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant. Your duties will include delivering high quality childcare and education services as well as providing bespoke support for children with additional needs. Knowledge of child development, teamwork and knowledge of routines and ability to cater for different children in an Early Years setting is essential. You will need to have an excellent understanding of delivery and assessment of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and the statutory requirements.

This post will require you to work alongside families, professionals and other services to support the child during these crucial early stages of development.
