  • Support pupils’ emotional and behavioural development to promote inclusion and confidence.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils to support their learning, wellbeing, and personal development.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers, support staff, and families to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality, uphold safeguarding procedures, and model the school’s values in all interactions.

  • Has high expectations for every child and believes in their potential
  • Builds positive, nurturing relationships that enable children to feel safe and successful
  • Is patient, adaptable and committed to inclusive practice.
  • A reflective practitioner who observes, records, and communicates pupil progress clearly.
  • A reliable team player who can build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
  • Someone who maintains high professional standards and follows safeguarding and behaviour policies effectively.

If you are committed to making a meaningful difference and share our belief that every child deserves to be known, valued, and supports to thrive, we would love from you.

We Can Offer You:

  • A commitment to people across our partnership, underpinned by our people principles: adaptability, wellness, recognising achievement, employee voice and engagement, professional development and growth, inclusivity, and collaboration.
  • Access to extensive, high-quality CPL at every stage of your career, including opportunities to grow as a leader.
