The Woodlands School is a specialist provision for children and young people with Autism and/or Social Communication Difficulties, all students have Education, Health and Care Plans as their needs are long term and complex.

The Galley Hill Campus has been purposefully designed to support our students and benefits from bespoke classrooms with specialist rooms such as an independent flat, soft-play etc.

We are looking for a staff member to join our Galley Hill team in Stony Stratford. The students that attend Galley Hill have high sensory needs, limited communication and difficulties with emotional regulation. All the students that attend Galley Hill present with behaviours that challenge regularly. Due to this, the ratio of staffing within the classroom is high, there are four students to three teaching assistants, plus a class teacher.

If you are passionate about making a difference and have high emotional resilience, we would love to hear from you. Experience is not required but an emphatic nature and a desire to make a difference to students' lives is essential.

We welcome visits to the Galley Hill Campus, please contact jamie.pink@twsmk.co.uk
