Are you a passionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification? This could be your chance to take the next step in your career!
We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Level 3 Teaching Assistants, supporting teaching staff and making a real difference in the lives of our pupils.
This role involves:
- Supporting the development and education of pupils, including providing specialist skills where needed.
- Assisting with moving and handling due to the complex physical needs of our students, and occasionally supporting with personal care
- Working within one of our pathways – EYFS, Primary, Secondary, or Sixth Form
- Providing classroom teacher cover when required
You’ll also play a key role in:
- Supporting individual and group activities
- Contributing to Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Raising student aspirations and working closely with families and professionals
- Observing and reporting on pupil progress
- Helping plan and evaluate learning activities
Interview process includes:
- A formal interview
- Literacy and numeracy test
- A short presentation
- Interaction session with students

Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. Queensbury School provides for 245 students who have MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) and SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health).
