Your Role as a Level 4 Teaching AssistantAs a TA Level 4, you will:

Deliver and plan engaging lessons, leading classes independently when needed.

Support and track pupil progress, particularly through targeted interventions.

Mentor and guide other TAs, sharing your knowledge and experience.
-
Collaborate with professionals such as speech and language or occupational therapists.
-
Contribute to SEND strategies and whole-school initiatives.
-
Use your understanding of pupil development to tailor teaching and learning approaches.
-
Embrace ICT and varied teaching styles to keep learners engaged.

Build meaningful relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
