What skills and experience we're looking for
- Minimum of three years’ teaching experience of English across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Proven experience as a high performing teacher
- Leading successful initiatives in English or across school which have raised student achievement or enriched their learning.
- Proven track record of
implementing strategies and interventions to rapidly tackle underperformance in
students, raising achievement and standards.
