The Local Governing Board Administrator will work as part of a team of administrators providing a core function to the Local Governing Boards (LGBs) across our Trust.

The administrators will work exclusively in one school or across a number of schools in one of our three clusters (Biggleswade, Dunstable and Cheshunt) on a regular basis, covering LGB meetings. Some LGBs meet occasionally within the working day although most meet during the early evening so it may be possible to work with a portfolio of schools to suit your availability. Many LGBs have a mix of in person and remote meetings across the year, and usually meet on around 6 occasions. Schools with current or upcoming vacancies are St James' CE Academy (Biddenham, Bedfordshire), Ursula Taylor CE Academy (Clapham, Bedfordshire) and Studham Village CE Academy (Studham, Bedfordshire)

Full training will be offered - we are happy to receive applicants from experienced clerks looking for a new role in a growing Trust or from those who are looking to work in a new area having the necessary skills and are eager to learn.
