We are looking to appoint a part time Class Teacher to join our friendly and hardworking team.
We are looking for a Teacher who:
• Sets high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
• Promotes good progress and outcomes by pupils
• Plans and teaches well-structured lessons
• Demonstrates good curriculum knowledge and understanding of KS1
• Adapts teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
• Makes accurate and productive use of assessment
• Manages behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
• Fulfils wider professional responsibilities
• Can work effectively as part of a team, contributing to the success of that team
The successful applicant will:
• Have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the core and foundation curriculum
• Be committed to continuous improvement and raising standards
• Have high expectations of themselves and others
• Use innovative and creative approaches to overcome barriers to learning both academic and pastoral
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
