LSA WITH MIDDAY DUTIES REQUIRED
Potter Street Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work alongside our wonderful team of staff.
We are looking for someone who will:
Have excellent communication skills
Be calm, resilient, and resourceful
Be highly motivated and well organised
Show initiative and work as part of a team
Attend relevant training and apply a range of skills and strategies with the classroom
The successful applicant will have:
High expectations of learning and behaviour
An understanding of KS2 English and maths curriculum
Experience of leading guided group work
An understanding of phonics is desirable but not essential, as training will be given.

Salary: Scale 3 Point 5 - £19,199.51 pro rata per annum (fringe allowance included)
